R.L. Bradsher Contracting, Inc., mines, processes and blends USGA Specification Golf Sands on-site in Marston, NC. By owning our own pit, we can supply multiple grades of sand to meet your landscaping, construction and Golf Course needs.

R.L. Bradsher Contracting, Inc., produces Greensmix with Canadian Spaghnum Peat or California style straight greens, as well as, custom blended mixes specific to the needs of each golf course or ball-field. R.L. Bradsher Contracting, Inc. produces USGA Specification Sand for a growing number of North Carolina’s Golf Courses including public and private country clubs. All custom blended mixes undergo strict quality testing including:

  • Amendment Ratios

Mortar Sand

Heavy clay sand for mortar.

Play Sand / DBL Wash / White Mortar

Washed sand for play boxes and  for white mortar sand.

 

White Bunker Sand

Bleached white sand.
Can be used for a bright white mortar finish.

 

Topdress Sand

Washed sand used for tpdressing a yard or golf green.

Super Sack of Mortar Sand

We bag 1 ton bags of Mortar Sand and can bag other sands but those need to be pre-ordered.
